You can also set the environment variable WWW_HOME to the page you want
to start with.
in csh:
% setenv WWW_HOME http://sailor.lib.md.us/
in sh:
$ set WWW_HOME http://sailor.lib.md.us/
$ export WWW_HOME
in VAX/VMS:
$ define WWW_HOME "http://sailor.lib.md.us/"
For many users, this may be the easiest method.
