        Can't you just go to the 'individualize', and then select the
"index_frames.html" FRAME link?  That goes to a screen which has a
"Create your own" link, which presents a form asking for a username
and password.  Unfortunately, the form's action is then redirected all
over the place, and the version of Lynx I'm using doesn't have all of
Fote's fixes, so I can't get any farther.
