Ok, these have been cycled into the composite and are now available at
http://www.mtsu.edu/~ripa0003/lynx.html

Since the composite patch has grown to about half the size of the original
archive, at some point soon I will probably just make it a complete
development archive even though I'm not doing that much of the
development. :)
