LYNX-DEV Lynx 2.6 Japanese Support on HP-UX 9.05

Hello.  I can't get Lynx 2.6 to display Japanese on my HP 712/60 running
HP-UX 9.05.  Lynx 2.5 displays Japanese (JIS, Shift-JIS, EUC) just fine.

I would appreciate any suggestions!
