There is no such file.

Maybe you mean the URL:  http://www.ifs.univie.ac.at/~pr2gq1/rev4344.html

I tried to get that document, but the connection was so bad (too much
packet loss) that Lynx finally timed out (well it may have been the
proxy I am using) and I got only part of the document.  There is nothing
Lynx can do to eliminate network congestion in Austria...
