*chuckle*  You know, it's been suggested and it would not be that
difficult to add and might be a good idea to store the version number of
Lynx in the .lynxrc file and when a new version is installed, it would
come up with a welcome message and offer the user an opportunity to see
some form of documentation about this version.  Pine uses a similar
system...

Ok, I suspected that since such extensive mods had gone into bookmarks
that this problem might have disappeared. :)
