LYNX-DEV History disappears - how do I get a list of ALL past URLs

One problem that I have with lynx is that I don't know how to go forward
like I can back.  The forward key will take me to the link, not to
wherever I was before (e.g. using Go, then backarrow).  How do I get a
complete list for history, and have it not delete every entry up to that
point if I go back then forward elsewhere, and/or to have it record a URL
that I am visiting.
