LYNX-DEV Lynx 2-6 crash on save to disk.

Downloading an HP-UX patch binary (PHCO_9084, if anyone wants to know),
produces the following crash of Lynx2-6 plus composite from less than a
week ago. The download went fine, this happened after pressing enter on
"SAve to disk", and after changing the download file name.
