How to send mail

  I am attempting to send an email message (first time) to the CO at the DOE.  
  I have the following for an address: address@hidden
  how do I accomplish this?  I am lost!
  
Well, you can actually send this person mail using Lynx.
Use the g)o keystroke command, and when it asks you for an URL, answer

        mailto:address@hidden   

[You indicate the end of this input with a RETURN or ENTER key.]
Follow instructions and you will be sending electronic mail.

This is not the usual way to send someone mail if you have some other
way to do it.  Check around for other programs specifically for
electronic mail.
