It would be very helpful if you included version of lynx you are running.
You can get it with "lynx -version" command.

Anyway, if you have reasonably new version, the following might help.
Press '*' and lynx will render the page again and show you links for all
inlined images. Then you can download them vith 'd' key.

Note that both '*' and 'd' can be remmaped to something else entirely.
Those keys are the defaults for required operations, but I have no way of
knowing if your version of Lynx has remapping in effect or no. You can
get the list of active key commands with 'k' command. Of course, 'k' can
be remapped to something else :)
