LYNX-DEV Possible PR page re email lists related to Lynx

Subject: LYNX-DEV Possible PR page re email lists related to Lynx

In response to the recent "Please explain" post, I was looking at
Lynx links for where it tells about Lynx-related mailing lists.
At the moment, one has to know to look in the H)elp files for the
"About Lynx-dev" page and I don't see where anyone would learn about
either lynx-learners or listelves.

The concept of the draft below is that it belongs at Lynx links
with a link to it under the "of interest to Lynx users" section.
Please comment on:

        - is this kind of a summary useful
        - is this the place to put it
        - edit suggestions also welcome
