LYNX-DEV Raw 8-bit or CJK m(O)de saveable

Would someone please make the option in subject saveable in .lynxrc and
lynx.cfg? I have to set this option On to use correct ISO-8859-2 display
on ISO-8859-2 documents, which are not marked. I know I can use -raw,
but..
