LYNX-DEV Fatal error 11 with composite+charset patches

Hi,
on some traceroute gateways (http://www.net.cmu.edu/bin/traceroute) lynx
crashes with coredump and "fatal error 11" when you press S and select
some host to trace the route to. Trace log doesn't show anything
interesting.. This happens with lynx 2.6 + Klaus' charset patches on
Linux/slang and Linux/ncurses. Funny thing, this doesn't happen on SunOS
version with Slang.
