Oops; I've been using djgpp so long that I forget about that.  DJGPP
produces DPMI programs; you need a DPMI server.  If you don't
have one, get DJGPP's free one from:

  ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2misc/csdpmi3b.zip

You can also use QDPMI or 386MAX.
