LYNX-DEV How does Lynx stand up in light of RFC 2070 - Internationalization of HTML? |

Has anyone had the opportunity to work thru
<URL:http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/htbin/rfc/rfc2070.html> and the
latest set of modifications to lynx 2.6 (not latest version, release, etc. -
just the modifications, such as the now long out of date composite zip file,
lynx 2.6FM, lynx 2.6RP, etc.) and see if lynx is going to need any modifications
before being considered compliant to the RFC?
