LYNX-DEV Problem to post a new on newsgroups

Hi. 
I am using Lynx 2.5 on DEC Alpha w/ Digtal Unix .
Everytime I try to post a new on newsgroup, it
never gets posted.  How can I solve this problem ?
Can I solve it by editting cofiguration file ?
