LYNX-DEV Form-based file upload in Lynx ?

Hi! Everyone.

I'm finding a functionality that uploads a file for 
my web-based bbs. I have found that Netscape provides 
a special form-based upload with 'ENCTYPE=multipart/form-data'
attribute. But, there seems no such a function in Lynx.
Since I must share the same web page with the Netscape users,
the ftp-based file upload is not helpful.

Who has an idea about that or does any work ?
