Good point. Perhaps a vms/ subdirectory should be created,
and some of the *.com files can go in it, along with CMU.announce,
SOCKETSHR.announce, TCPWARE.announce, VMSPrint.com, and
VMSWAIS.announce. 00README, README, RELEASE_STATEMENT, and DESC can
be condensed into a single file. CRAWL.announce and FM.announce could
be HTML-ized and made part of the Lynx help.
