LYNX-DEV validation failed (was: 'bad html' ...)

I ran the qvc file through the webtech validator at
        http://www.webtechs.com/html-val-svc/
at level 3.2 and it complained about misplaced form/table
delimiters, input fields outside a form, etc.
So I guess this is an html bug and not a lynx bug.
I wonder if other browsers handle it anyway.
I can't use netscape.  Would someone in a position to run Netscape like
to try viewing this file?  Go to

I'll put links to the bad (unedited) page and the working page.

I plan on sending followup mail to their webmaster.
