Note: whomever advanced the claim that use of "Mozilla" in the header string
would be *copyright* infringement is uttterly and absolutely _incorrect_,
and =inaccurate=, not to mention just plain WRONG.

One simply -cannot- "copyright" a single word or phrase. The legal
protections available for a word or phrase are 'trademark' or 'service mark'.

It is an 'interesting' question which, *if*either*, of those would apply to
'Mozilla'. It does not identify a product; rather it identifies a 'set of
capabilities', embodied in products from a specific vendor and sold under a
number of names. As trademark identifies a _thing_ (tangible object req'd)
being offered for sale, it can't be trademark.

Regarding it as "Service mark" is 'possible', but it'd still be an "up-
hill" battle, at the _fundamental_ level of identifying the 'service' that
it identifies, with regard to enforcing it.

Suggest that the references to 'copyright infringement', if they are deemed
to be necessary, be replaced by 'possible trade-/service-mark infringement'.
