LYNX-DEV Possible addition to PROBLEMS file, libresolv on SunOS.

I don't know whether this is generally the case on SunOS, but before I
could compile Lynx with libresolv on CRL I had to add the following
libraries:

        -liberty
        -l44bsd

or make would die while linking libresolv complaining about inet_aton and
strerror, two "undefined symbols".  With some help from tech support here
I've been able to make Lynx now, but the two libraries mentioned above
need to be added to SITE_LIBS.  It's possible this is a CRL only quirk.
CRL is using SunOS 4.1.3.
