We have a late version of lynx 2-6 with 90% of the strings bracketed with
gettext calls and we have those strings translated to french. The only
reason that this has not yet been released is because it is really hard to
keep pace with other changes in lynx when one has a 1,000 other things to
do. Now that 2.7 is "released" I intend to release an internationalized
version relative to that. This will probably happen in a week or so.
There will be no diffs as this is all-pervasive.
