Lynx has always appended the post data after the header it sends from what
I have seen.

Since you have not posted any sample forms (change the NAME=s if it is
necessary to protect the innocent), nor any -trace output, it is hard to
tell if Lynx has a problem, or if the HTML is doing something silly to
produce something Lynx considers a blank form.

Then cgiparse has a problem - it should not hang. Did you happen to
notice if there was a content-length or type in the header? Any error log
output? How do you know that cgiparse is hanging?

It is very hard to tell since I don't even know what OS you are using,
which version, and which version of cgiparse.

I have no idea either. I use Apache under Linux and it seems to
understand what I throw at it. You obviously have an http server of some
kind. You may want to start with some sample scripts that came with
whatever you have, or buy a CGI programming book of some kind (preferably
one written with your server in mind).

Follow up with a few more details as I have suggested. It is very hard to
diagnose stomach irritation from peritonitis with just "my belly aches",
although I will admit I am often guilty of doing the same.
