if it's done right -- not much.  afaik, those are ports that can't
generally use a UNIX-style Bourne shell script to make tests (there's
too many assumptions in autoconf about /bin/sh and sed to make it run properly
on non-UNIX platforms).  So the definitions for non-UNIX stuff should be
not impacted (other than moving some things from tcp.h to HTUtils.h, where
it's simpler to manage them).
