There is a data base which I need to be able to access on the web, but
which is presenting problems for lynx version 2.7. I have installed the
latest 27bugfixes.zip file during compilation. The data base uses cookies
to keep track of a user's selections, and lynx also prompts for server
redirection. Regardless of whether I choose "Proceed" or "Use Get", my
options are not retained by the server. Apparently this site has been
optimized for Netscape and Microsoft browsers. The URL is
http://law.agps.gov.au

The "new databases" option allows you to select one or more data bases to
be searched. When the form is submitted, the server redirection occurs,
and then a page is displayed which is supposed to show the user's data
base choices. Unfortunately, all of the data bases are always marked as
selected, regardless of the selections made on the "new databases" page.
As stated above, it does not seem to matter whether one selects "Proceed"
or "Use Get" when prompted for server redirection.

Any suggetions on how to overcome this problem would be much appreciated.

Jason White.
