LYNX-DEV Lynx (semi-)styles

If you want to try out my styles patch for lynx2.6, and you've been
unable to connect to ftp the archive, try now - we have a 2MB link
now to a provider with good connectivity to the usa.

hopefully some other people may be able to try it.
(me?  i use it all the time...)
