I have uploaded a new version of combined development code to

Changes to the previous version are addition of Fote's latest BUGFIX,
changes from Wayne for Win32 (extensive changes only in LYMail.c) and
some new makefiles from Wayne (also for compilation of the chartrans
code), and minor tweaks of the chartrans patches for Win32 compilation
(no functional differences there).

A file with differences between the previous version (2.7wb+ct-0.3) and
the current (2.7wb+ct-0.4) is in

Note that it contains only diffs for changed files that already existed,
not for some that are new in 2.7wb+ct-0.4.  (They are however listed near
the top.)

Note that I haven't diligently scrutinized, commented, and improved the
stuff I combined, as Fote probably would have done.  I have just merged
the various changes, checked that there were no apparent conflicts, and
verified that the result compiles under gcc/Linux.

I hope these upgrades are useful for others.  However, nobody should rely
on me continuing to merge the latest patches.  I would like to, but, for
one thing, my master "repository" is on a disk that is not backed up...
and for another, I won't be able to keep up with the pace of changes.
If someone can set up a shared CVS repository or something like that,
I am in favor of trying that.
