It's not supported.  At least one fellow is working on something
smaller and similar, but I think he said he was doing it more as a
test case.  There's no serious intent from the developers to work it
in right now.

If you go to a page that has frames, links to each framed page should
appear at the top of your screen, with their names (e.g. at
http://www.suck.com/, "channel" and "ad").  Chances are you can work
your way around, although it sometimes takes a bit of work to find
what you want.
