I don't think NCSA is doing any development work on any of the telnet
clients and hasn't for some time.  The Mac version is nice, and I've heard
the DOS version was pretty decent, but when I tried the Win3 version (just
a beta), I was not impressed...

W95 comes with a telnet client.  It actually does a fairly passable job
(much better than terminal under Win3 ;) ).
