LYNX-DEV Lynx links updates (ISP list and guide to building Lynx)

I've set up two new pages today:

The first is a list of ISPs and which versions of Lynx they provide.  A
lot of people have been complaining about ISPs who don't upgrade (CRL is
one of them) and this list might be useful to the community as they
evaluate various ISPs for Lynx service.  Please submit details about your
ISP if possible.

The second is an HTML'ized and edited version of Larry Virden's post last
month which contained a step by step guide to building and installing
Lynx.  Comments welcome, thanks Larry!
