Dear Lynx-Developers,

I recently found a real bug in Lynx that is present in 2.7 and earlier.

The bug is related to caching of HTTP POST data to a CGI script:
If data has been posted to a cgi-script and the same script then
has the option to restart the script by specifying the script's url
(and this url is not inside a form), then lynx allways reposts the
apparently cached data from a previous post to the script instead of
just getting the url without submitting any data.

Hope this information is of some help to the development team.

(The bug can be reproduced and mosaic, arena, chimera, netscape, etc.
 show the correct behaviour.)
