Re: LYNX-DEV Base Release

I suggested recently that we combine Fote's bugfixes with the base 2.7 and
call it 2.7.1, but no-one seemd to think that it was a good idea.
Nevertheless, let me repeat the suggestion: if one wants to get Lynx for
the first time, one now has to download Lynx2-7, AND a bugfixes zip. If we
are aiming to spread Lynx far and wide, surely a combined file set makes
sense, as the "Current stable code set" .

The development stuff should be identified as just that.
