LYNX-DEV TUCOWS, et al

I often use TUCOWS (the ultimate collection of winsock software) to
find good networking programs for W3 and W95.  As Lynx-W32 seems
fairly stable and useful at this point, should I ask those folks
to advertise Lynx?  How about other similar referers?

After all, Lynx is smaller, better, faster :-)
