While attempting to access the URL
http://www.bestware.net/albatross/ANIMIMG/animimg.htm
on our universityUs DEC VAX/VMS, I received the following message:

The error was repeated upon seperate attempts to reach that URL.

A subsequent e-mail to that address notified me that it was no longer in
service, so I'm passing this along as best I can.
