LYNX-DEV New group called lynx

Let me try again just in case that mess of a to line on the last attempt didn't
get to one or more of you!

I just created a new group named lynx, and made each of you members of it. In
addition, I took the liberty of changing group ownership of the
/usr/ns-home/docs/lynx directory structure to belong to the lynx group. Please
check that you can access things normally. Let me know if there are any
problems.
