I can't remember if slipknot works on VMS or not.  There is a program
called I-Comm that is SPECIFICALLY for VMS.  It includes a browser, but I
think you can use any browser with it.  Check www.stroud.com for it.

Nope, unfortunately SLiRP has not been ported to VMS.  I tried to compile
it on TN Tech's system, but VMS's TCP/IP packages have a different view of
things than unix.  Tech uses MultiNet...  I was even gonna try MadGoat's
NETLIB with SOCKETSHR, but it was still gonna be a major port, and I
figured it wasn't worth it.

Eric, if you happen to be a CompSci or CompEng student, you should have an
account on the HP's up there (homer, marge, and bart).  You can run SLiRP
on one of them provided you use RLOGIN in 8-bit mode.  There are also
several ISP's in town now.  Send me personal mail for more info on any of
this.
