LYNX-DEV lynx crashes on this url

Lynx crashes when you select the download link off this page, 
http://www.ecsnet.com/html/21-p0298.html


It prompts to download or cancel, gets the file, asks to save as, which I
hit enter on, then gets a sig11 and dumps core..

I'm speculating its because this file says its gzipped, but it is not, and
lynx is choking on long lines within the file?

It's lynx 2.7, running on a linux (kernel 2.0.28, i486). It also happens
with other versions, on other peoples' systems.

Any clues?
