LYNX-DEV Bookmark files

I have configured Lynx to run with -restrictions=all command line
switch.

I notice that I can still add bookmarks with the a(dd) function.
However I do not see a resultant bookmark in the users home dir where I
issue the command.  Can anyone tell me where this file is ?  I used a
‘find -name lynx_bookmarks.html’ and came up with hits in other users
home dirs.  I am curious if a bookmark file can be built and locked as a
"permanent" bookmark file that it can not be changed by the user.

Or better, if the add to bookmark command can be turned off.

Any help or comments is appreciated.
