Hi, Anita.

The problem you encountered has to do with the URL by which the
Academic Services page leads you to the Writing Center.  That looks
like this:

   Linkname: Writing Center
   Filename: http://www.waldenu.edu/../../writing/writing.html  
                                    ^^^^^^

The "backup" indications "../" in this URL are not proper.  The 
definition of URLs does not allow backing up past the starting
point for the site.
