LYNX-DEV Lynx v2.7.1 bug fix release

        I have combined Lynx v2.7 with the 27bugfixes.zip replacement
modules as a v2.7.1 bug fix release.  It is available for downloading
and redistributeion via:

        http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/fote/

        Any further bug fixes and enhancements should be directed
toward the development code set.
