well, I have no idea how the LYNXCGI_ENVIRONMENT should work, so it will
be a while till I figure it out.  However, if someone who uses it would
write a one line example of the syntax of the setting, I would generate
the patch for them.  I will probably add an entry for the EDITORs as well.
