LYNX-DEV USEMAP problem w/Lynx 2.7.1 on Solaris 2.5.1

Folks,
I just compiled Lynx 2.7.1 on Solaris 2.5.1 (SunOS leahi 5.5.1 Generic
sun4d sparc SUNW,SPARCserver-1000) using the solaris2-slang option and gcc
2.6. I get an alert that Client-side image MAP is not available.  It
worked fine w/version 2.6.

Any suggestions?
