LYNX-DEV Lynx2.7.1 scrolling bug

Just observed some odd behaviour while browsing the lynx-dev list:

when I use ")" to scroll 1/2 page and then the up-arrow, the cursor is
placed at the BOTTOM of the screen and does not move up one link as
expected. The same link is hit when I press two times a 1/2 page down
"))" and one up-arrow.

Any suggestions?
