LYNX-DEV problem building lynx2-7-1?

Hello!

I had built LYNX 2.5 on a VAX with VAXC, UCX 3.2 and VMS 5.5-2 with no
problem. Now I'm on Alpha with DECC, UCX 4,1 and VMS 7.1.  Of course I 
redefined the HELPFILE to be a local file, and am now getting the 
following warning repeatedly:

$ cc LYUpload

%CC-W-MACROREDEF, The redefinition of the macro "HELPFILE" conflicts 
with a current definition because the replacement lists differ.  The 
redefinition 
is now in effect.

Is this something I should worry about???
