HTMLPresent isn't a reoutine that does much, it is just a kind of wrapper
which sets up the stage(s) for processing:
routines in routines in routines in
SGML.c -> HTML.c -> GridText.c
("parser")
You probably want to heavily modify both SGML.c and HTML.c (two of the
three with big switch()es...).
