LYNX-DEV Times and Frames

Just a quick note to say that I sent the webmaster at The Times a note
explaining that Lynx can eaily navigate their site if the user is not
mislead by the No Frames text. I also suggested a restructuring of that
text that would inform those who knew a bit about traversing a framed site
that they could do so. Hopefully they will take this suggestion to heart
(or rather, to their web site!).
