This is great news!  The current Lynx language support is a bunch
of #defines that are included at build-time.  The include files
are not in the official distribution, but scattered around the web.

I've hacked on NLS for mtools, using some code that is in PGP.  This
is not catgets(), but something else (quicker and dirtier, I presume).
I've also looked at the GNU internationalization tools (*shudder*).

I'd be interested in working on this...
