I tried to contact him a long time ago (in browser years) with no
response.  I also tried again more receintly without success.  I don't
know for sure he is blowing me off, but it really feels that way.  I don't
want to cause trouble!  Its just that I'd really like to see if any of
the table support could be merged back into the main Lynx code.
