If the lynx he has derived this from is one that was GPL'd rather than one
that UKansas released before it became GPL then ask about it on 
                gnu.misc.discuss

If it is one that is derived from the original UKansas license then I 
imagine the author has every right not to release the sources.


I've bcc'd this to someone with some OS/2 free software interests in case
he has any ideas on Lynx/2 (OS2 Lynx)
