LYNX-DEV redundancy in configure produced makefile

The second set of lines from the top-level `makefile' don't
make a lot of sense to me:

        ##this is the name of the directory the lynx source code is in.
        ##(e.g. lynx2-7-1, not the full path)
        lynxdir= lynx2-7-1

        ##this is the name of the directory the lynx source code is in.
        ##(e.g. lynx2-7, not the full path)
        lynxname= lynx2-7-1
